• Provide leadership in production/value add services related matters Management Representative of all GMP (cosmetics) related matters
• Lead a team of operational staff in handling daily services and operations.
• Execute supply planning process of raw material & production planning, inventory replenishments for VAS Department.
• Analyse on hand inventory, production output and consumption patterns, work with cross function to eliminate excess and obsolete inventory
• Ensure stock availability to fulfil requirements
• Effectively and continuously explore initiative and implement programs to improve quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and process improvements & P&L.
• Executive & work together with quality personnel in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice

• Min. Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in Materials management, Supply Chain or Logistics
• Min. 1 year of production planning experience with knowledge in calculating cycle time.
• Responsive and results driven
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Possess good analytical and computer software skills
• Ability to manage large amounts of quantitative data
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Dynamic self-starter with good interpersonal, communication and written skills
