A Singapore based manufacturer of traditional medicine and health supplements is looking for a Production Manager.
Responsibilities
- Organize workflow to meet production schedule and deadlines.
- To ensure production output meets quality standards.
- Oversee production activities and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Supervise, train and evaluate performance of production personnel
- Determine necessary resources required for production department to operate smoothly
- To approve maintenance or repair work related to production and determine user requirements for new equipment.
- To participate in quality audits conducted by regulatory authorities and help to formulate measures to correct any deficiencies.
- To participate in validation and qualification activities related to production.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in related field or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical or Food industry
- Good Knowledge of GMP and HACCP
