Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the fab.
• Provides leadership to a team of engineers and operators to meet company target in production output, quality, productivity, yield, and cycle time.
• Drive continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, reduce cost and eliminate human errors in the line.
• Ensure good discipline and housekeeping.
• Work closely with supporting functions to achieve company goal.
• Establish a good communication channel with counterparts in Germany to align business processes and benchmark best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Science /Production Management or other relevant disciplines.
• Possesses leadership qualities with good communication skills
• Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing in a multi-national company would be a plus.
