Production Supervisor (12 hours Shift, Transport at JE, 3K+ AWS+VB)

Job Scope:

• 
  Oversee production processes to ensure compliance with cGMP and HACCP standards.
• 
  Coordinate with Production Planner, R&D, and QC on scheduling, raw material issues, and quality checks.
• 
  Supervise and brief Operators/Line Leaders on daily tasks and management updates.
• 
  Monitor machinery and consumables, report issues, and assist during operator break times.
• 
  Maintain accurate production records and submit reports to management promptly.

Requirements:

• 
  Process good leadership and coordination skills.
• 
  Familiarity with production standards (cGMP, HACCP) and ERP systems like Navision.
• 
  Able to communicate effectively across departments and with ground staff.
