Job Responsibilities :
Ensure planned KPI's of efficiency & performance are met or exceeded.
Track competencies of subordinates & provide leadership & development as required to achieve objectives.
Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
Preparing reports and evaluate manufacturing processes and resources
Develop & track improvement in reduction of planned OT hours.
Implement SOP for all production operations and establish individual accountability using coaching and performance management process.
Job Requirements :
Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or any equivalent discipline
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supervision skills with high level of technical expertise and knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Commitment to health, safety standards and environmental regulations
Excellent communication skills to build key relationships with your team and other department
