• Support compliance projects to develop and implement corrective actions to ensure business and product compliance are met
• Consolidate documents required from the SG government to submit the relevant reports to fulfill requirements per Sustainability Act as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders to achieve compliance to the statutory requirements
• Promote Singapore ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and regulatory compliance requirements and related customer procurement requirements and ensure they are documented within standards, engineering specifications etc. and understood by responsible R&D and business units

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
• With at least 2 or more years' experience in operations management
• Familiar with submission of documents to fulfill requirements needed
• Comfortable with client facing and project management
• Interested in sustainability and an understanding of ESG-related topics
• Exhibits potential to learn and be trained along a career path to become professional in ESG
