Key Responsibilities
1. Programme Development & Coordination
- Design, implement, and manage signature initiatives such as vertical farming, peer support groups, human library sessions, and health-friendly food programmes.
- Plan and conduct workshops, seminars, and educational sessions for patients, caregivers, staff, and the public.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and monitor and evaluate all programmes.
- Assess programme impact and propose enhancements for scalability, relevance, and sustainability.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Actively engage patients, caregivers, volunteers, and care teams to co-create and co-deliver community hub activities.
- Foster ownership among participants and community partners by forming micro-leadership groups (e.g., farming teams, book clubs).
- Collaborate closely with care centres to ensure alignment with their identities and needs, while integrating them into the hub experience.
3. Corporate & Community Partnerships
- Identify, approach, and secure corporate sponsors and supporters for programmes and events.
- Curate opportunities for CSR engagement, in-kind sponsorships, and joint innovation with partners.
- Build long-term relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, and health sector collaborators.
4. Communications & Promotion
- Support the creation of promotional materials, newsletters, and social media content to raise awareness of the mission and programmes.
- Organise public-facing events such as food festivals and open houses to attract engagement and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Design, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in programme or community development, healthcare/charity sectors, or stakeholder engagement roles.
- Comfortable working on-the-ground and rolling up sleeves to make things happen.
- Passion for social impact, particularly in health equity and community empowerment.
- Experience with CSR engagement or fundraising.
- Familiarity with design thinking, community-led initiatives, or health promotion.
