Responsibilities:
- Able to analyze and provide inferences on specialized Payment functions related to SWIFT and payment messages like PACS008/009, MT103/202/900/910 & CAMT series.
- Able to track project progress and monitor work plan execution.
- Able to schedule relevant project meetings, take notes and prepare memorandum.
- Able to articulate business case scenarios and contribute towards the development and scoping of the project.
- Provide support in testing cycles, analyze the results, and submit observations to the Project Manager.
- Ensure that all project work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
- Able to create end to documentations and participate in project related meetings.
- Highlight any potential risk to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Business/ Finance or equivalent
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in Project Assistant role
- Must have prior experience in Payments, Remittances or Telegraphic Transfer.
- Possess in-depth and hands-on knowledge in SWIFT, Payment Messages like PACS008/009, MT103/202/900/910 & CAMT series.
- Must have skills to collect, analyze data, draw insights, and make recommendation.
