Job Responsibilities :

• Work closely with Project Team to manage projects
• In charge of coordinating and liaising all site works (own work, Sub-Cons, Vendors)
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Read the drawing and ensure the project done according to plan.
• Make sure all works on site proceed smoothly and according to schedule.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Flexible, able to commit to work base on project schedule.
• Responsible and accountable
• Adaptive and quick on the feet to handle challenges on site
• Good communication skills with Clients / IDs / Consultants / Sub-cons / Vendors
• Multi-task, able to work under stress and pressure with tight deadlines.
• PC literature.

Other Information :
Office location : Kaki Bukit, will on-site when require.
Working hours : 5 day work, from 9am - 6pm
Salary up to $4,000 (depend on experience) + OT + Performance bonus
