Job Description
- Responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects.
- Plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.
- Oversee the project process, including installation works, and liaise with stakeholders, sub-contractors, or consultants
- Assist the Project Manager in negotiating, purchasing materials, equipment, tools, and manpower within the allocated budget.
Requirement
- Working knowledge and experience in ACMV, MEP, Fire protection, electrical works (electrical panel and wiring installation), BMS, SCADA, PCW and water treatment are preferable
- Experience in MEP construction/cleanroom in the semiconductor industry
- At least 4 years of work experience in Singapore
- Ability to work independently and in a team
