Job duties:

• Liaising with vendors & subcontractors to verify scope of supply as per specification and project requirements for quotations
• Surveying & assessing site conditions to check feasibility for ACMV system upgrading project proposals and tender submissions
• Coordinate with all related stakeholders and attend tender interviews with good technical presentation skills
• Building up good rapport with new & existing clients
• Monitoring cost and technical issues to provide competitive solution to clients

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or construction related field
• 3 to 6 years ACMV project management & chiller plant system experience
• Understanding Green Mark certification and industry MEES is a preference
• Ability to read mechanical & electrical drawings and ACMV system specifications

16 days annual leave
Willing to travel in Singapore
Transport Allowance if having own transport
