We are looking for a Project Engineer with good experience in infrastructure deployment, system integration, and technical solution design to support regional project rollouts. The ideal candidate has a background in data centers, networking (routers/switches), and IT systems implementation, with hands-on involvement in configuring and deploying enterprise hardware/software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Deployment: Configure, install, and deploy infrastructure solutions including servers, routers, firewalls, and IoT/surveillance systems at client sites.
  • Solution Design: Work with pre-sales and technical teams to translate customer requirements into system designs and deployment plans.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to manage project timelines, technical requirements, and implementation progress.
  • System Configuration: Set up routers/switches (VLAN, SNMP, TCP/IP), install software platforms, and optimize system performance.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation including technical diagrams, deployment guides, BOMs, and handover materials.
  • Post-Deployment Support: Provide on-site or remote troubleshooting and support during and after system go-live.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as the technical point of contact during implementation phases, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in infrastructure deployment, system integration, or project engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    Routers, switches, and firewalls (e.g., Cisco, MikroTik, Juniper)
    Data Center systems such as DCIM, BMS, power, cooling
    IT networking: VLAN, TCP/IP, SNMP, Modbus, HTTP/S, FTP, etc.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of solution design and customer-oriented delivery.
  • Experience working on physical security systems (Milestone, Hikvision) or IoT/AI systems is a plus.
  • Good documentation skills (network diagrams, technical drawings).
  • WSH certificate or experience working at construction/technical sites is a bonus.
  • Willing to travel regionally for deployment projects..
