Responsibility:

• Propose and produce monthly dashboards for department activities and projects
• Build and implement a quality assurance framework to support projects.
• Provide support to the management during governance meeting
• Provide support on HR matters, ensuring hiring and onboarding are carried out smoothly
• Coordinate with Admin department for booking, travels, supplies, office materials premises
• Coordinate with Infrastructure team for machine inventories and licenses
• Take the lead to ensure the department alignment with compliance and security rules and controls
• Facilitate Project Managers group sharing best practices and lessons learned across the department

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a project management role
• Highly analytical mind and energetic character
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Certification on Project Management
