Job scopes
- Provide administrative support to client's ICT projects and operations including but not limited to finance related activities such as raising of Cash Journal, Sales Order, Invoice processing, Procurement related documents.
- Support the operation of this master contract and purchase orders (e.g. maintain and track contract / purchase order expiry date / termination)
- Maintain the manpower resource requests / capability training process and ensure compliance to the process
- Provide operation support for manpower resource requests, interview sessions and performance appraiser etc.
- Conduct preliminary check of the documentation (e.g., CVs, invoices, and support documents)
- Review monthly progress reports and supporting documents submitted by Contractors
- Track utilization of master contract and purchase orders and alert contract owner / relevant officer when utilization reaching 80% of the contract / purchase order amount
- Keep complete records of manpower resource / capability training requests
- Handle security clearance for the candidates
Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Business or equivalent
- At least 3-6 years of experience in project management
- Prior experience in financial budgeting, administration, and analysis
- Meticulous about details
- Knowledge of the Authority's processes will be a plus
- Team player with organization and people handling skills
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
