Job Responsibilities:

• Manage projects for new and existing F&B restaurants
• Determine project's scope and come out with detailed work plan which includes kitchen design and workflow
• Lead the design consultants and trade contractors for retrofitting implementation to new and existing outlets or office
• Monitor project's progress, make necessary adjustment to ensure project complete on-time
• Manage work deliverables according to given budget and timeline
• Review project's work quality to ensure it meets the standard
• Responsible for project's end-to-end process, such as detailed scope of works, equipment or material specifications, cost plan, and schedule implementation
• Conduct on-site inspection to ensure quality and compliance with the specification and requirements
• Lead and manage the project team
• Other ad-hoc duties or project assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Architecture/Building/Civil Engineering related field
• At least 5 years of working experience in the same role
• Proven track record in project completion
• Knowledge in local building codes and authority approval procedures
• A leader and a team player, meticulous, able to work under pressure
• Possess high integrity
