Responsibilities
- Project implementation and responsible for schedules, budget, manpower and quality
- Oversee project activities, guaranteeing their prompt delivery
- Collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to define the scope of project requirements and objectives
- Define project resources, performance reviews, and post-implementation evaluations
- Evaluates the current operations to pinpoint potential areas of enhancement
- Assumes the role of the main point of contact for all projects assigned
- Oversee post-project tasks, including final documentation and knowledge acquisition
Requirement
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in leading projects from inception to completion (with a project value of over $1 million or equivalent) and a bachelor's degree in any field
- Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects concurrently
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
