Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, actively engaging with them to understand their requirements.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, offering valuable advice and recommendations to customers.
• Provide aftercare information to customers, ensuring they have all the necessary details
• Handle cashier duties and wrapping services
• Foster good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and cultivate customer loyalty.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the store's display and stock
• Work together with the team to meet store targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Requirement

• GCE 'N' or 'O' level or equivalent.
• Working experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Passion for luxury products and a keen interest in bathroom and living accessories.

• Working location: Central area
• Working hours: 5 days work week, retail hours
