Working hour

11 am to 8 pm (1 hr unpaid break)

Working days: 2-4 days per weeks (Must able to work both Saturday and Sunday)

Attire : Long Pant with smart casual
Hourly Pay rate: up to $14/hr ($12 basic salary per hour + $2 performance allowance)
Contract: Min. 3 months commitment

Job Description:
1. To assists and guide the customers to get their perfect night's sleep at the Store.
2. Handle retail sales enquiry
3. Maintain the experience store appearance
4. Explain product features and introduce our range of products
5. Offer customer advice on how to look for the right mattress and products for better sleep
6. Provide exceptional and engaging customer service
7. Handling purchases, scheduling deliveries, and assist customers in checking out through our online system
8. Basic housekeeping
9. Any adhoc duties as advised by superior.


Qualification:
1. Sprightly individual with good energy and outgoing personality
2. Good communication skills
3. Prior retail experience preferred
4. Patience and service oriented
5. Well groom and presentable
6. Computer savvy with basic knowledge of excel and e-commerce checkout systems
