Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling incoming, in-process and outgoing QA or customer quality issues related activities
- Review product specification and verification, liaise with the Manufacturing site and customer site
- Handle Customer Complaints and generate 8D Reports or other CAR
- Supporting manual editing of eCOA or COA upload. Ensure the information in eCOA submitted is aligned with the manufacturing site issue's COA
- Liaise and work with the manufacturing site to manage and update technical documents such as SDS, GHS labels, etc
- Participate in internal and external audits, pre-assessment, and site audit
- Co-ordinate customer audit/questionnaire response (quality) and follow up on audit findings
- Generate, prepare, and update QA documents such as work instructions/procedures when necessary
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Chemical Engineering) or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in Quality Assurance
- Experience within the Oil & Gas or Semiconductor industry will be advantageous
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic statistical principles
- Working Location: Gul Street (transport allowance provided)
