Job duties:

• Implementing ISO 9001 lean quality management system (QMS) and API specification Q1 & Q2
• Conducting quality management system activities and representing management representative
• Aiding safety & engineering manager to gather inputs for quality objectives and process performances including actions for quality improvements
• Ensuring API Monogram register and conduct product compliance audits in accordance with API Products Specifications
• Making sure that API and procedures' requirements are fully complied with and report all findings to Management
• Managing all related paperwork and maintaining NCR/CAR/PAR portal. Lead investigation into customer complaints, internal NCRs, also root causes analysis, determination of corrective and preventive actions, track the implementation
• Conduct audits and report problems affecting QMS and potential discrepancies that require immediate actions

Requirements:

• Degree in any engineering related field
• 3 to 5 years quality assurance experiences dealing with and API specification Q1 & Q2
• Experience in leading / conducting Quality Management System audits, Supplier audits is a preference
