Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct the Process Audit and ensure the process/environment compliance to the quality standard.
• Provide support and conduct investigation/data analysis for customers.
• Manage and participate in the development of the process improvement projects.
• Assist in the troubleshooting of the process and environment issues.
• Support on the customer's audit (i.e. Preparation of the checklist in accordance to PMP, ensure proper integrity of data provided).
• Liaise with the production on the meeting and follow-up on the action taken.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Material Science or any related engineering discipline.
• 0-2 years of related working experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, C#) and understanding of the Statistical Process Control.
• Possess good Microsoft Office applications and good communication skills.
