Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.
• Execute test plans manually and automate testing processes where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Implement continuous integration and delivery processes to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on test results and project status to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Computer Studies, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software tester, preferably in Salesforce platform.
• Completed at least one project using Scrum or equivalent Agile software development framework.
• Good understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in test automation and scripting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
