Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for, but not limited to the verification and or review of all related documentation of the performed Quality Control Laboratory testing, such as but not limited to analytical batch records, QC logbooks, solutions preparation records, etc.
• Management of the activities concerning analytical method validation, test method equivalency, including validation protocols and reports preparation, and equipment audit trail verification. Requires supporting and involvement in the qualification and validation activities for manufacturing processes (process and cleaning validation).
• Liaise with production / packaging process team to consolidate data needed in method, process / cleaning validation.
• Management and checks of inventory of QC laboratory consumables, reagents, chemicals and reference standards, including liaising with suppliers for any additional requests or requirements.
• Generate and handle OOS, non-conformities and deviations reports, and ensure as such are properly investigated thoroughly with CAPAs effective and close to prevent recurrence.
• Support Quality documentation. Review, revise and or create SOPs (standard operating procedures) and WIs (work instructions). Ensure records and documents received are correct and consistent with WIs and SOPs.
• Prepare, write and review Quality Agreements in accordance to the regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Conduct Quality / GMP / GDP trainings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma with background in Chemistry, Pharmacy or relavant qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the chemical manufacturing plant.
• With good organizational skills, autonomous, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good Microsoft Office skills and familiar with GMP/GDP Regulations.
