Job duties:
- Maintaining quality management policy and group food safety and making sure of quality assurance policies at central kitchen, supply chain, and store.
- Working closely with central purchasing team to manage & audit purchase & suppliers' materials quality
- Ensuring final product food safety and regulatory compliance at the store level
- Supporting end-to-end QA process for company and oversees QA matters on Supply Chain, Logistics, Central Kitchen, and Store operation
- Conducting corrective and preventive action to ensure continuous improvement & investigating any process & product non-conformities at Central Kitchen
- Ensuring all raw materials meet the legal requirements & monitoring finished product & raw materials quality and safety
- Maintaining Food Safety and Hygiene Management System for stores
- Creating Policy, Procedure, Working instructions ,and QA Standard for stores to ensure the quality of operations is in compliance with company standard
Requirement:
- ITE/Diploma in any quality related field
- 2 to 4 years quality assurance experience in F&B central kitchen, supply chain, and store environment
