Job Responsibilities:

• Work with internal department and supplier to achive zero defect products
• Work with MRB team on the OSV activities to meet supplier's requests before any RMA/RTV process
• Fulfill customer manufacturing quality requirements according to business agreement and work closely with suppliers on line rejection
• Maintain zero defective quality on hand and take note on aging period
• Work closely with factory and engineering team; support parts localization

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in quality/engineering
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Comfortable to participate in con-call outside office hours if required
• Effective communication with internal & external departments to resolve quality issue
