• Management of the quality agenda of the technology platform and other selected production / warehouse processes
• Actively monitors ( Measures, analyzes) the current performance of production lines for optimization (both technical and process)
• Specifies current qualitative deviations including an analysis of the root causes
• Participates in activities aimed at optimizing current technology and processes based on qualitative deviations or new requirements
• Actively participates in the NPI process- introduction of new products with a focus on final product quality (including specification of output product parameters)
• Provide product and process risk analysis (FMEA)
• Creates and manages product and process documentation (WI . SOP, Etc )
• Maps, sets and defines the necessary skills of leaders and production/warehouse operators
• Conducts skill training on the basis of prepared plans including follow up verification of knowledge and skills
• Carries out qualitative audits both product and process oriented
• Measures and reports the main quality indicators (internally, locally, globally and towards the customer)
• Support /facility setting/optimizing quality parameters of technology for the other distribution centres based on the best practice achieved
• Actively cooperates with section leaders in introducing changes and implementing them into operation
• Actively cooperates with project specialists who manage the overall project ( e.g NPI )
• Actively cooperates with the technical Engineer and LEAN Process Specialist , using their technical knowledge and LEAN Process Specialist, using their technical knowledge and LEAN principles

Qualifications:

• Min 3 working years in manufacturing related environment with line layout and optimisation experience with Diploma in related field
• Good working experience in the production environment with a focus on quality -quality engineer, quality auditor.
• Good working Knowledge and experience in quality measures, how to set them and measure and monitor
• Good working experience in Risk Analysis (FMEA)
• The ability to facility and manage smaller teams on a specific project/activity.
• MS office user knowledge with advanced Excel Knowledge ( more complex formulas, PivotTables, marcos.
• Knowledge of statistical methods for setting and evaluating qualitive parameter ( statistical process control, statistical acceptance control including relevant software( minitab, Statistica, etc)
