Job duties:
Ensuring quality assurance/engineering comply with the framework of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
Performing excursion management leading to the coordination of corrective actions for intervinal & externa errors (customer & supplier)
Developing quality management system under ISO 9001/IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
Accountable for documentation control system, FMEA system and execution of internal & external audits
Representing company in front of clients and suppliers regards to quality management & quality assurance
Ensuring suppliers quality management & on-site contractors performance review
Managing materials spec/supplier QA agreement/SQC and supplier early alert systems (Sign off spec, QAA, and SQC agreement)
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in engineering or science or relevant major
2 to 3 years experiences in audit and management system
Knowledge in management system, statistical techniques, quality tools (FMEA, QFD & SPC)
Internal quality auditor certified is a preference
