Job Responsibilities:

• Lead quality team to ensure manufacturing of quality product
• Liaise with internal departments to achieve zero defect products
• Work to improve quality and Kaizen actitvities by leading quality team and work with relevant department
• Handle quality feedback and communicate with suppliers to improve quality standard
• Lead customer audit and company ISO implementation
• Support and monitor the status of MRB activities (RTV, material aging, cost incurred etc)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing quality environment
• Comfortable in receiving con-call after office hours
• Sound knowledge in ISO management/customer audit/product qualification
