Job duties:
- Preparing the submission of monthly key performance index and report to the Operation Manager
- Functional report to the ISO Management Representative
- Issuing the Non-conformances preventive action reports for non-conformity across all departments in Singapore and Malaysia
- Coordinate the Non-conformances preventive action report & continuous improvement plan meeting across all departments and ensure full closure with Management
- Consolidating data to follow up for claims, failures, Non-conformances preventive action reports, 8D, and TFAs
- Ensure claim process to Headquarter in case of new product & parts under warranty
- Liaise with Headquarter service department for follow-up of action plan
- Introduction and correct processing of quality records / SIBs / Internal SIBs
- Supervise the calibration of measuring equipment and tools
- Prepare and conduct internal audit & support customer audit
Job requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any engineering or relevant field
- 3 to 6 years quality manager experiences & quality management system
