Job Responsibilities:

• Support, implement and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, SS506 part 3, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
• Review batch release activities for production including analytical data, COA and documents needed for compliance with company Quality System.
• Promote awareness of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and Customer Specific Requirements.
• Release, review and verify CAPA quality related issues such as raw materials, finished products, shipment and logistics issue.
• Review MOC for any change in QC lan equipment, critical parameters, raw material specification and finished product specification.
• Manage IATF core tools (PPAP, APQP) documentation and reports.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or chemistry or equivalent.
• 3-5 years working experience in quality such as lab testing or QA department
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or similar quality systems and experience in facing quality audits.
