Job Description

• Carry out quantities taking off
• Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
• Prepare, draft and review contractual claims, cost, EOT, Works Order and Variation Orders
• Contract Administration and Claim Meetings
• Prepare and finalization of subcontract document (incorporate all contract and technical requirements)
• Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedule
• Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractors
• Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for VO for valuation
• Prepare monthly payment certificate, check invoices against delivery order

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree holder
• Above 2 years of QS experience in Singapore from Main-Con background
• QS experience within builders /building projects
• Familiar with Singapore Regulation
