Job duties:

• Preparing the tender enquiry & verifying the tender details & drawing
• Tracking all tender documents, drawing and corrigendum base on the document control process
• Performing quantity take-off for tender projects based on the set time line.
• Aiding with tender evaluation and prepare of tender documents for submission.
• Assisting project manager/designated staff to evaluate and certify completed work.
• Performing Site verifications of variations and taking records for submissions of claims
• Aiding in verifying sub-contractor's claims & assisting in in monitoring the progress of claims submission and payment (this shall be under contract manager' duty)
• Monitor all order in execution and report on the balance amount.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant
• 3 to 5 years Quantity Surveyor & M&E system experience
• Experience in tender & execution
