Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing, developing and implementing sustainable solutions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
- Engage with startups, research institutions and industry experts
- Build strategic partnerships to accelerate technology adoption
- Represent clientat conferences, workshops, and industry events
- Stay abreast of advancements in sustainability focus areas such as Net Zero, Circular economy and Well Being
- Provide technical guidance to project teams
- Contribute to patent filings and intellectual property development
- Publish white papers, participate in webinars, and contribute to thought leadership forums.
- Mentor junior technologists and foster knowledge sharing
Requirement:
- Master / Degree in Engineering, Science, Management
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technology development, research, or innovation in sensing, control and optimization with at least 3 years' experience in managing a team
- Proven track record of leading successful grant applications, Research collaborations and projects execution
- Relevant data analytics and programming skills needed to support the research work
- Experience in handling both agile projects and an industry projects
- Experience in new ventures, small business growth, start ups is a plus
