Job Responsibilities:

• To research, develop & collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technological excellence in Sustainability projects.
• Develop solutions in sustainability focus areas such as Net Zero, Circular economy, and Well Being.
• Contribute to patent filings and intellectual property development.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing, developing, and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Ensure successful project delivery within project timelines, budgets and quality metrics.
• Engage with startups, research institutions and industry experts.
• Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and industry events.
• Publish white papers and represent in conferences.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Science or Management with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technology development, research, or innovation in sensing, control and optimization.
• Proven track record of proposing / executing successful R&D grant projects and Research collaborations.
• Relevant data analytics and programming skills needed to support the research work.
• Experience in handling lab scale and industrial pilot projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Open and passionate about new technologies and innovations.
• Customer oriented and able to establish link between R&D, innovations, and applications in business.
