• Responsible for carrying out financial modeling and feasibility studies for investments
• Assist in analysing performance at asset level as well as at portfolio level
• Maintain market data base and collect market research information
• Support business development efforts for investment and development opportunities
• Assist in preparation of investment proposals and deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal, etc.
• Assist in business plan, budgeting and other similar activities
• Interact with investors and attend to investor enquiries
• Formulate and execute investor relationship management and communication strategies and corporate events, programmes and projects to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Investment or equivalent
• Min 2 years of experiences

• Central / West
• 5 days week
