Job Description:
- Greeting and assist customers warmly, providing accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Caring Skin's values and image.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist in maximizing appointment bookings and scheduling for customers in an efficient, organized manner.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Professionally handle walk-in customers, incoming calls, and email inquiries.
- Work collaboratively within the branch and across departments to fulfill customer needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive team environment that values mutual support.
- Promptly handle customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Engage with clients on skin condition progress, treatment updates, and appointment scheduling.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
