Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of recruitment, including direct sourcing and other recruitment channel coordination.
- Screen and qualify applications from both passive and active avenues.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Ensure business alignment, examines workforce plans, understanding of the labor markets, and global considerations.
- Following up on the interview, contracting and onboarding processes status.
- Liaise with agencies to coordinate all recruitment related activities.
- Handle ad hoc events such as career fairs and recruitment drives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment related experience in IT services or in Banking/Financial Industry
- Hands on experience with various recruitment processes
- Ability to organize/improve skills assessment centers.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills
