Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide clear information on available services
- Match employers with suitable domestic helpers based on their household needs and preferences
- Assist in interviewing and shortlisting candidates (local or overseas)
- Handle the full spectrum of paperwork and processing required for helper deployment
- Liaise with suppliers and training centres from source countries when necessary
- Respond to employer inquiries and provide after-sales support when issues arise
- Update helper biodata, client information, and processing statuses in the system
- Coordinate medical check-ups, interviews, flight bookings, and onboarding schedules
- Perform general administrative tasks and assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Willing to commit 6 days work week (Office Hour)
- With 1-2 years of experience in a maid agency or similar setting
- Knowledge of MOM regulations and domestic helper procedures
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Highly organised, responsible, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
