Job Scope:
Stakeholder Management
- Ensure timely acknowledgement/response to both internal (hiring managers and HR team) and external (candidates) stakeholders and improving the recruitment experience
Requisition Management
- Work with local stakeholders on staffing fulfilment requirements
- Respond to requests for new contractor hiring
- Review candidates, schedule interviews and manage hiring manager interaction
Contractor Enablement
- Execute onboarding and enablement of external resources
- Exit/Disable external resources when appropriate
Contractor Management
- Manage contractor work orders and ensure compliance to legislative requirements
- Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve contractor issues
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to focus on high-volume tech and non-tech contractor hiring
- Experience in recruitment in the professional services space
- Experience in recruitment in Consulting Professionals
- Demonstrated success of driving change within the organization
