We are looking for Recruitment Coordinators to join our organization, Manpower Singapore.

The successful incumbent will be the point of contact with a few Key Accounts, responsible for scheduling interviews and managing the hiring paperwork within service level agreements.

Role Highlights

  • Interview scheduling; coordinate between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates on their availability to meet up for interviews (either face to face or via Zoom), sending calendar invites

  • Arrange and support campus recruitment events; to do basic screening and collating the applicants

  • Maintain complete record of interviews in client’s trackers

  • Work closely with overseas counterpart to ensure there is a continuity on interview arrangements upon successful shortlisting of candidates

  • Prepare new hire paperwork

Profile and Experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

·       Able to manage/build relationships

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements (example, Employment Act)

Candidates with prior experience will have an added advantage. Training will be provided to qualified individuals who possess the key attributes but may not have the full experience.
