We are looking for a Recruitment Executives to join our organization, Manpower Staffing Singapore, under ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), where we develop customised workforce management solutions, helping our clients to manage their contingent and project-based spend productively.

The successful incumbent will be the point of contact with clients where he/she will be delivering recruitment, onboarding work (i.e. organize and facilitate our company’s onboarding procedures for new hires), deployment of work schedules, contract staff engagement work and offboarding.

The Job

  • Resourcing; conduct initial screening of job applicants; maintain database of potential hires

  • To activate pre-employment background check screenings for shortlisted candidates

  • To prepare employment contracts; gathering necessary paperwork and scheduling the Contract Staff for their first day of work

  • Manage the contract staff work schedules on weekly basis

  • Works closely with the Contact Staff to maintain positive work relationships

  • Prepare reports for analytics purpose

  • Maintains an effective level of administering benefits

Job Requirement

·       Able to work on 5 days rotating shift schedules

·       Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience driving service excellence, resolving complex relations issues

·       Able to interact with candidates and clients at all levels

·       Good negotiation and relationship building skills
