Role Summary
As a Regional Business Development Manager, specializing in high volume Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) / Joint Development Manufacturing Services (JDM) / Turn Key Manufacturing Services (TKM) in the APAC region, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering key client relationships. This role requires a seasoned professional with a comprehensive understanding of the said industries, coupled with excellent business development, sales, and account management skills.

Job Description

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the said industries in the APAC region, incumbent with experience in ASEAN and S.Korea areas have priority considerations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's footprint within the specified markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for sustainable business growth, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Formulate and implement effective B2B sales strategies, employing a consultative and solution-oriented approach
  • Work with Marketing and project team through the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Utilize market insights to position products and services competitively.
  • Oversee and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve client retention and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and solutions.


Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business / Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience within the Consumer Electronics / Telecommunications industries.
  • Familiar with the business landscape in the APAC region (ASEAN and S.Korea).
  • Proven track record in B2B business development and sales management.
  • Possess in-depth experience in account management and client retention.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
