Job Responsibilities:
- Deploy customer's segment, journeys, and A/B test into Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing automation platform
- Maximize sales goals
- Evaluate CRM performance, adjust customer's segment and journeys using CRM tools to optimize results
- Review eDM creatives prior to broadcasting
- Act as a gatekeeper for both local and regional journeys to improve efficiency
- Maximize marketing automation tools usage and guide others on the way of using it
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Information Systems, or any relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM
- Good knowledge in Salesforce Marketing cloud
- Meticulous, responsible
- Independent and a team player
- Excellent communication skills

- Standard working hours
- Salary up to $5000 (depends on experience) + Bonus + Other benefits
