Role Summary
- The Regional Marketing Manager is expected to demonstrate the ability to conceive and manage the execution of integrated marketing programs spanning across both physical and digital domains.
- The Regional Marketing Manager is required to coordinate marketing strategies with Global, Asia Pacific HQ and local team members where needed.
- The Regional Marketing Manager will also manage service providers, agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables are fulfilled on-time and within the allocated budget.
- The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for measuring, tracking and reporting the efficacy of activities to the Regional Business Unit Lead.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing strategies and approach with all relevant stakeholders in Global HQ, Asia Pacific HQ and local teams.
- Annual planning of marketing activities in support of defined marketing strategies.
- Managing and creating suitable marketing content for use in areas including, but not limited to, social media channels, tradeshows, events, print and digital publications.
- Manage integrated campaigns to generate leads and ensuring follow up actions together with the Sales and Business Development teams.
- Collaborate and support channel and technology partners on conceiving and executing co-marketing activities.
- Conduct annual marketing budget planning and manage allocated budget in supported of planned activities.
- Liaise, coordinate and manage vendors, service providers and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing deliverables.
- Managing the organization's calendar and tour program alongside its upkeep with the respective Technical teams.
- Conduct market research and gather industry intelligence for reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Research on marketing trends and create proposals for suitable marketing initiatives and activities.
- Conduct regular reviews of marketing collaterals and materials to ensure accuracy and up-to-date recency of information.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a B2B Marketing / Marcomm role.
- Prior experience within the Security Systems / Engineering / Technology industries will be advantageous.
- Possess knowledge and track record in executing integrated marketing in both digital and physical domains.
- Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of Audio-Visual Editing and Salesforce.
- Experienced in managing service providers, vendors and agencies.
- Comfortable in regional travelling and able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
