- Resolve and handle the regional queries on the solution related matters.
- Support and manage the assigned Software solutions (Scanning, workflow management solutions and Document capture).
- Handling the life cycle management solution (Roadmap for the assigned portfolio, features enhancement, product launching and position, and pricing strategy).
- Demonstrates the unique value proposition through case studies, establish the product and marketing materials.
- Preparation of the regular sales reports and arrange for the shipment for the key stakeholders to ensure the fulfilment.
- Perform some of the ad-hoc duties.
- Diploma in Business Management, Marketing and Information Technology, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the electronic industry.
- Possess knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel), good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude, creative and willing to travel for business purpose.
