Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment activities of all the positions in the region
• Apply a range of sourcing techniques, tools and avenues, along with a deep understanding of the appropriate channels to attract the right candidates

• Provide advice and recommendations on recruitment requirements, sourcing strategies, recruitment market trends.
• Drive implementation of talent acquisition projects, initiatives and programs
• Ensure accurate and optimised use of recruitment tools, track hiring results, costs and insights with weekly report and monthly analysis
• Build a consistent talent pipeline for key positions
• Provide proactive business partnerships with hiring managers to gain inputs and support for the acquisition of high quality talent to the business.
• Implement talent program to identify and develop talent that are aligned with organisational objectives
• Lead the training development needs assessment and drive the interventions programs required.
• Promote transfer of learning culture to enhance organisation performance outcomes
• Support the regional succession planning

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in Talent Acquisition and talent development, managing end to end recruitment and development processes.
• Regional recruitment experience highly advantageous
• Demonstrated passion for talent acquisition and development process, improvement and optimisation
• Proven experience in managing different stakeholders, including ability to influence stakeholders and engage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
