  • Will be responsible for sales and delivering a clear strategy for growth. Identifying and executing opportunities within new and existing markets
  • Develop the regional sales especially in Asia Pacific Region ensuring that new sales opportunities are identified to maximise sell-in opportunities.
  • Work closely with the wider business sharing insights of consumer trends.


  • Achieve sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.
  • Take a solutions and consultative sell approach to ensure clients' needs are meet.
  • Participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue and increase product growth.
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation.
  • Prepare proposals, detailed costings and prepare contract documents for HQ review
  • Present effective and professional presentations on the organization's products and services.
  • Report on sales, activity and performance as required by Group CEO
  • Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and industry associated meetings or events
  • Proactive and responsive to clients and prospective clients.
  • Proactively develop and improve processes to service clients.
  • Determine an efficient communication procedure to alerting sales and business development teams of issues that impact client delivery or service.
  • Develop an effective working relationships with the account management teams.


  • Degree in business/related field.
  • Minimum 5 years recent experience in sales & account management, FMCG products or related fields
  • Ability to manage both internal/external relationship at multi-level
  • Ability to work beyond scope of the job responsibilities
  • Exhibits a sense of urgency in relation to goal achievement & performance
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Excellent Team Player
