Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plan to expand customer base and brand's reach
• Build and maintain good rapport with new and existing clients to ensure business continuity
• Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
• Perform Sales activities in Regional capacity
• Identify the knowledge gaps within the team, come out with action plan to resolve them
• Ensure company's sales target are being meet by implement necessary action plan and monitor the progress
• Handle monthly and yearly closing processes
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or Marketing related field
• At least 5 years of working experience in the same role with similar capacity in corporate setting or luxury brands
• Proven track record with handling full sales processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good negotiation skills
