Responbilities

• Perform maintenance and inspection activities on plant equipment.
• Lead and execute major equipment repair, troubleshooting, predictive maintenance programs, collect data, analyze, generate report and recommend corrective actions/improvements to reduce equipment failures.
• Prepare reports and documentation by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Validate and confirm equipment performance by designing feasibility inspection and testing methods, testing properties and equipment monitoring parameters.
• Assess the acceptability of equipment rework/installation through inspections of reworked equipment and new installation jobs.
• Support project design, construction, and commissioning by actively participating in commissioning activities, engage in discussions with vendors, supervisors, and engineers regarding equipment improvements and modifications.
• Lead in continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting of complex problems and lead in (IRS/QAR) investigations/root cause analysis and write investigation report for approval related to equipment issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering related qualifications
• Demonstrated capability to thrive in a complex and matrix environment
• Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
