Day to day the role will also see you:
- Provide compelling research and insights into information and technology sector
- Manage components of survey projects, providing high level advice in survey and collection design, administration, processing, analysis, reporting and evaluation.
- Contacting companies to obtain research participation
- Data cleaning; detecting and correcting corrupt data
- Produce research reports and infographics for clients' business needs
We would love you to have:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing research, statistics or related
- 3+ years demonstrated analytics experience with a proven ability to translate data into insights
- The ability to effectively and productively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
- The ability to use data/insights to tell a positive story
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
It would be extra special if you have:
- Previous experience using research, audience and web traffic data tools (e.g. Emma, Nielsen Online Ratings, Adobe Site Catalyst, Google Analytics) and survey analysis software (e.g. SPSS, Q)
- Experience using Tableau
